US Contiguous Orders
Most of the orders will be shipped within 24 hours from our warehouse at Portland Oregon via USPS First-class, USPS Priority Mail or FedEx Ground, subject to credit verification & product availability. We will charge $3.99 flat-rate shipping or free shipping on orders over $50. During checkout, you will be able to select
Free Shipping option as the shipping method to get the free shipping, if your order is qualified. Generally, orders under 2 pounds are shipped through the US Postal Service and heavier orders are shipped FedEx Ground. Please note that FedEx is unable to deliver to PO Box address.
US Non-Contiguous and APO/FPO Orders
For Alaska, Hawaii, off-shore US territories, and APO/FPO addresses, we normally offer $3.99 flat-rate or free shipping on order over $50. However, it is
subject to the weight of the order. Typically, if your order includes toner cartridge, it will not qualify for flat-rate or free shipping. And we will contact you for additional postage. These orders will generally be shipped by USPS mail, and the estimated delivery time will be from 3 to 14 days.

Canadian Orders
We offer 2 shipping methods for Canadian customers, USPS First-class International and FedEx International Ground. USPS First-class generally takes around 15-20 business days to deliver, and the tracking service is not available for this service. FedEx International Ground normally takes 7-10 business days to deliver and the shipment tracking status is available. The rate of both shipping methods will be calculated during checkout.
International Orders
We partner with Bongo International to fulfill orders for customers outsides North America. Please click on
For International Customers button at shopping cart page to checkout. The shipping rate will be calculated at our partner site.
Express Orders
If you need the order in urgent, you may upgrade the shipping to FedEx Express service. We offer FedEx Standard Overnight (next day), 2-Day and Express Saver (3-day) service. All the shipping costs are based on the real-time FedEx shipping rate system. You will get the actual shipping cost during checkout. And we only ship within United States on express orders. Please note that FedEx Express does not deliver on Saturday.
