  3. Click on "Edit Address" button to update your default billing/shipping address, or click on "Add New Address" to add and save new address.

  3. Enter your e-gift card code on the "Redeem a code" form and click on "Redeem Gift Card" button. You will be able to see your updated store credit balance once the submission has succeeded. ComboInk store credit can be used to make purchases on ComboInk.com and will never expire.
  1. Go to the "My Account" pulldown menu on the top right side of this page. Click on the "My Printer" link from the menu.
  2. Login to your account when prompted.
  3. Click on the "Add New Printer" button.
  4. Select your printer brand.
  5. Simply input your printer model in the filter search bar and select the right printer model, or choose your printer model from the list.
  6. Once selected, you will be directed to the printer page. Make sure that this is your printer model, and click "Make This My Printer" button to save your printer model.

Retrieve my password

  1. Click on this "Forgot your password?" link.
  2. Enter your account email address and click on "SUBMIT".

Change my password

  1. Go to the "Account Information" pulldown menu on the top right side of this page. Click on the "Account Information" link from the menu.
  2. Login to your account when prompted.
  3. Click on "My Password" tab.
  4. Enter your current password and the new password.
  5. Click on "UPDATE PASSWORD" button.
