Check for my order status

Without login to your account:

  1. Click on the quick "Order Status" link on footer to check for your order status.
  2. Click on the tab to check your order status by email address or shipping zip code.
  3. Enter your order ID and email address.
  4. Click on "TRACK MY ORDER" button.

From your account dashboard

  1. Click on "Orders" link on "My Account" menu on the top right side of header.
  2. Login to your account when prompted.
  3. Find your order, and check for your your order status.
  4. If your order show a status of "Shipped", you will be able to see the"Track Order" link on the right side under of your order history box.

Change quantities or cancel my order

Please contact our Customer Service at 1-833-786-1266 to assist you with changing or cancelling your order.

My order never arrived

  • Click on the "Order Status" link on the footer of this page to check for your order status.
  • Be sure that all of the items in your order have shipped already.
  • If your order displays your package tracking numbers, check with the carrier to confirm that your packages were delivered.
  • If your packages each show a status of "delivered", please contact customer service for assistance.

How to Sign Up for USPS Informed Delivery?

Want to track your packages and mail with the United States Postal Service? Follow these easy steps!

  1. Go to USPS Informed Delivery page and click on Sign Up for Free.
  2. Enter the residential address or PO box (if the address is not eligible for Informed Delivery at this time, a message will return informing you).
  3. If address is eligible and accepted, read the Terms and Condition and check the box to accept the terms and continue.
  4. Create USPS.com account.
  5. Verify identity by completing the mobile phone verification process or request invitation via email.
  6. Delivery of Informed Delivery emails will start within 3 days!

When will my backorder arrive?

Sometimes our product suppliers are unable to predict when they will have more products in stock. These products are designated as backordered items. As soon as your product becomes available again, we will be able to ship the item to you.

Do I have to pay sales tax?

Sales tax varies from state to state, city to city. Your exact sales tax amount, if any, calculates at your shopping cart page as well as checkout.
