Service was quick. I have had no trouble with the product. Since I'm the only user of the computer, I don't use a great deal of ink, but I always keep a black and a color cartridge on hand. When I need ink in the printer, I then order another cartridge so I will always have one in reserve.

Was not able to use the ink cartridges I bought the wrong size so I've been trying to get a refund and send these back and nothing has happened yet and I'm on my second ticket number because they closed out my first ticket number for some reason which has not been explained to me yet so as you can see review is not that good\

Have not received item yet however, it came highly recommended by current customer! So, I have no doubt that this product will be 5 stars type of quality!
