    The new ink that they are sending us for our printer is horrible. It doesn't blend well at all and we can't use it for color pictures. Wish they would go back to the ink that they were sending us.

    I ordered replacement inks for my epson 840 workforce printer cartridge number 126. I rec'd 069 inks which would not register as installed. I cleaned the electronic contacts, removed all packaging and seals as instructed which still didn't work. I believe I was sent the wrong cartridges. Although they appear the same in design, they do not function. \ Very displeased. I realize humans err occasionally, but I needed those inks to finish an assignment. Need problem to be fixed.

  • Hard to get seal off nozzle

    I like the price but not sure it's worth the frustration. The tiny plastic cover over the ink nozzle is difficult to remove. It's a small piece of plastic that is too small to grip in order to pull off. If it was larger or had a tab so that my stubby fingers could grab and pull, it would be better.
