To unsubscribe from our newsletter: Uncheck the "I wish to subscribe to your newsletters" option and click on the "Unsubscribe" button to remove your email address from our mailing list.
To subscribe to our newsletter: Check the "I wish to subscribe to your newsletters" option, select your frequency preferences and click on the "Update Settings" button.
