Pleased with the cartridges and the great delivery time to my daughter's home.

I ordered this 4 piece cartridge set and it came quickly in the mail. I loaded the cartridges and needed to print a color page. At that point, I noticed that there was no red (magenta) color from the printer. I contacted customer service after verifying that the printer was not at fault and was told I would have to return the cartridge for credit and reorder a new cartridge and pay for shipping. Again. I made a comment on my return form that I was not happy having to pay for shipping to replace a defective cartridge. The next day I received an email from customer service that they were going to ship me a new magenta cartridge at no charge and don't worry about sending the defective cartridge back. So in a few days, I received a good working cartridge everything is working great. Thank's to the customer service reps for handling this situation with a positive outcome. I am happy now! I will reorder cartridges from Combo ink again.

I love comboink the best one ever..

I use my printer regularly, and having Como Ink cartridges in my printer is the best thing that happened to me. When I used to get genuine HP cartridges, and every time I ran out of it, it took me a while before going out to get replacements due to how high HP prices are!!! I've been using these Combo Ink for awhile now, and will keep on using them, they are affordable, and the ink lasts long enough for me, before replacing them.

These cartridges were promptly shipped and work like the OEM HP ones I replaced. Colors are good. Resolution seems to be equivalent to the HP ones. I am very satisfied with the cartridges.
