    The ink cartridge works perfectly. The color is very dark, just as we had hoped. I will be ordering a combo pack of the black and colored ink cartridges shortly. Extremely satisfied with the product.

    I am very pleased with the service. Had a problem with the blue not printing in the Tri Color but it was replaced immediatly. Very happy with the product and will order again in the future.
