    I purchased on 2 separate times the 63XL color cartridge (I always keep a backup). Both cartridges did not work! My printer error read "Incorrect circuit board". \ I returned both and was told I had to pay the restocking fee and was given a $20 refund.............REALLY! I will never use this company again! RIP OFF!

    I have used comboink for several years now, and love their recycled ink cartridges. That being said, I have only used my newest HP color cartridge for about 2 weeks and only use to make 20 church bulletins each week. I have not printed anything with an over abundance of red, but find the red has run out and still show 50% full cartridge. This is the first time this has ever happened and presume it is probably just a fluke. Tried cleaning the cartridge head, the blue and yellow come out but no red.

    The color cartridges are good, but it was a hit and miss with the black cartridge. Black cartridge output were sporadic, leaving out sections. Cleaning and other methods had not effect....Replace with HP's own 63 cartridge and output return to normal. \ Never use to have issues with the black cartridge in the past though.
