I am very happy with the ink cartridge that I received from you.

My first order of ink cartridges was made on 2019-10-22, and was sent to my current address, 967 Joshua Avenue, Clovis, California 93611-6220, U.S.A., and was excellent, lasting several years, as I generally only used it for invoices from Allbritten Air Conditioning, and other business documents, and to copy photos, My re-order, made on April 13, 2023, as I had explained to a ComboInk sales lady on May 12, never arrived. My mailbox is locked, and I live alone, and this is the first time I've missed receiving any item I'd ordered from anyone. As the April 13th charge on my Master Card, ending in 4900 was posted to my account, the representative kindly put through the order again without charge. So far, May 17th, the replacement order has not arrived, but perhaps it's en route. My computer was down from May 10 - 16, but with a new power cord, is operating again, and I can be reached by leaving a message on my MagicJack Plus land 'phone, through the computer, at (559) 323-9563. I also have a cell 'phone, (559) 273-1634 but it has been replaced by a new Motorola device and I know how to call out and to receive calls, but have difficulty in receiving voice-messages, so would prefer your calling me on the land 'phone, if you feel you need to do so, or, perhaps, simply leave a response at GSE@MYGAIT.COM.
