OKAY - BUT COLOR CARTRIDGE PER PRINTER SAYS A CARTRIDGE IS HAVING A PROBLEM. ???? I have not solved the problem.

I just spoke with Kathleen on a order l received today. I clearly wanted the 2-pack combo black and color 63XL, but only received the color cartridge. I explained to her it's clearly marked (2 PACK) AND THERE IS A PICTURE OF 2 CARTRIDGES. See my picture of my invoice. KATHLEEN WOULD NOT WORK WITH ME, WHEN THEIR INVOICE IS IS CLEARLY MISLEADING TO SAY THE LEAST. I HAVE BEEN HAPPY WITH THIS COMPANY SO FAR, BUT THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. JOEY DAMIAN

This cartridge was not completely full and seemed to only have enough ink to be a initial cartridge when the printer was sold.

ComboInk! Well I've ordered from a few other online web sights. And the products I purchased weren't up to grade. This was my last try for an online order. And I came to ComboInk web. page. It was easy to navigate, prices, were reasonable, and check was a breeze. The product that I order worked fine. So I'm ordering again to see If I get the same results.

It seems that you don't get the estimated number of printed pages claimed. BBut the price is still reasonable to overlook it.

Just started using my ink and is very good. However, my very first order was incorrect. I ordered from my newly created Dashboard, but the wrong product was sent. OK mistakes happen. So I went on Chat and was told that I would be sent a return label. Return the product, when received a credit would be issued to my credit card. Then I had to reorder the product. This is NOT how it should have been handled. The Chat person acknowledged the company's error. Should have sent the return label AND the correct product out immediately and not bother with the credit. (The reorder actually ended up costing more, but shouldn't have). \ A good product deserves good service.
