    THis is the second time I have ordered from Comboink. I am generally please with the timely delivery of the order. I had one issue. The color cartridge started only printing partially after a short time. The ink icon on my HP printer said there was plenty of ink in the cartridge but it was not operating correctly. I removed the cartridge and cleaned the head and when I put it back in the problem persisted. Finally, I gave up and installed a new color cartridge which is working fine.

    This is the 2nd order I made from your company. My 1st order 300287027, I was totally satisfied with your product. On my latest order 300301090 the quality of the black cartridges was very poor. I had to go to Staples and purchase a NEW black cartridge. This new cartridge worked great, this told me that it wasn't my printer, I'm willing to try a replacement cartridge if you send me 2 that will replace your 1st poor quality cartridges. if not I won't be purchasing your product in the future.
