I was a first time customer and a must admit I was a bit hesitant to place the order. However, a very good friend recommended combo link. My first order included a cartridge that did not fit properly into my printer that was ordered for. My communication with the company led to a very quick response and an offer to accept an unconditional prepaid return. I subsequently ordered a replacement. It worked perfectly and the quality is very good. For now, I expect the balance of the black and color cartridges for two printers to work as advertised. I will certainly use Combo Ink as a supplier in the future.

The price is right, considerably cheaper than the HP branded cartridges. The only thing I do not like is that my printer is not alerted to "Low Ink" . Overall, quite satisfied customer. Will buy again.

I purchased this product while I was visiting my family in Florida, and used it to replace the old one in their printer. It matched the HP Cartridge that was in their printer, and I had no trouble installing it and the black was very vibrant. I will definitely purchase this item again, once I return to my home in Delaware, and use it on my personal printer.
