    the damned things don't work in my HP 8615. they fit nicely but are deemed damaged by the unit's internal software. last night i wasted several hours trying to remove, re-insert and turn the printer off, unplug, re-plug and back on. i also re-inserted the original but empty HP cartridges multiple times and they were always recognized and rejected for their lack of ink. i seldom print, but when i do its important. i am not pleased but as i waited over 30 days to try these cartridges its my loss.
