Great customer Service and follow thru!!!Review for HP 62XL / C2P07AN Replacement High Yield Color Ink Cartridge
Combo ink is awesome!!!! I am a snow bird living in Arizona in the winter. Last Spring before we left we purchased ink cartridges for our printer. When we returned this fall our printer would not work and we were forced to buy a new one. I had theses unopened, unused cartridges. I e-mailed Combo ink and they offered t replace these with ones for my new printer. this they did with no mess or fuss!! I received my new cartridges--the colored one worked perfectly, one black one did not work and one worked perfectly. I tired all the tips and suggestions but could not get the second one to work. I called them, left a message, and I received a call back the next day and a new replacement cartage is on the way. Great Customer service, Great Follow through!! Great Company!! Greg
