A year ago I tried a sample of these ink cartridges and was disappointed in their performance, they would not allow the HP printer to print, not even in monochrome. I waited a year and tried again. This time they performed very well, the printer works like it had the OEM products. The package clearly states the ID Chip is installed for each cartridge, and that on some models the Ink Levels may not show in the printer interface, mine does show ink levels. There are a few minor differences between the ComboInk cartridges and the OEM cartridges; one possible problem in the future, and one improvement. 1. On the bottom of the cartridge there is a tiny orange plastic tab to remove the seal for the air intake valve. This tab does not completely remove the plastic seal covering the air vent system and could cause the cartridge to fail after several uses. As ink is used the vacant liquid causes a vacuume to develop inside the cartridge, this vacuume must be replaced during printing via the air vent system. 2. On the bottom of the cartridge, at the print head, there is a large plastic seal, with a large orange handle to remove the sealing cap over the print head. The OEM version has this tab fixed to the body of the cartridge with tiny struts, when removing the sealing tab the struts are broken off preventing the tabs from being used to re-seal the cartridge. The ComboInk cartridge has this similar sealing tab, but with a cam type securing device, this allows using the tab to re-seal the print head in the event the cartridge needs to be sent back to the factory. Overall I am pleased with my purchase. The photographs and documents I have printed are of very good quality.

I have only used the first cartridge for a week or so, and it has worked flawless so far. I will update another time.

Got my ink fast and it works great

I use my printer every day for general printing. The cartridges have worked perfectly. My printer,HP, says it is not genuine HP but the screen show the ink level. I will be placing more orders from this company
