I experienced a problem with my ink cartridge not performing as it should. One email to the Combo Ink and I was given directions on returning the product for a complete replacement, at virtually not cost to me.

HP is known for charging outlandish prices for their replacement printer cartridges. This last color cartridge for a DeskJet 960c lasted fully four months. Comboink's was very reasonable. I recommend Comboink to everybody.
