I purchased this product while I was visiting my family in Florida, and used it to replace the old one in their printer. It matched the HP Cartridge that was in their printer, and I had no trouble installing it and the black was very vibrant. I will definitely purchase this item again, once I return to my home in Delaware, and use it on my personal printer.

I only use my printer for personal use but I do use it a lot! It's so nice to find ink cartridges that are as good as the original at a much more economical price!

The cartridge is working very well but don"t know how long the ink will last in normal use.

The large box stores no longer sells the ink I need and the office supply stores are out of this world ridiculous on their prices. This is a good value and the product arrives promptly.

I didn't know that the cartridges sold were refurbished. I have stayed away from them since my experience is that they dry up faster than new ones. With a 1 year guarantee and 1/2 the price of a new one, I'll give it one more shot. I had to pull out and re-install it to clear an error. However, I have had to do that with new ones too. So, we will see. So far so good.
