    One of the colour ink cartridges did not work even after trying the "tricks" suggested by the tech support people. The other colour cartridge was fine as was the black ink. I have been promised a replacement cartridge which is likely in the mail. It would appear that ComboInk makes good on its promises.

    I use my ink products to print pictures of my family. The replacement inks are high quality. I don't know of anything that isn't great about the product.
