    The first time I ordered one cartridge was defective called Comboink and they imideatly sent replacement plus a prepaid envelope to return original so that they could find out what the problem was.

    I've had poor luck with other brand 'refills' in the past, so was very surprised and pleased when these cartridges did what you promised and worked 'better' than "original" cartridges.

    I have no complaints. I installed and took precautions as instructed all went well. Popped cartridge in and started printing.The price was great and would purchase again.
