    My cartridges are fine, but the HP74 cartridges do not work on my aunt's printer and you closed out my ticket before I could reply. I tried the steps suggested and it still didn't work. I bought an original cartridge and it works.

    So far so good! I replaced my cartridges and printed out banners, signage, and labels for a few birthday parties and the documents all looked great! Ink life noted on computer shows that the ink is low, but still printing out wonderfully. Not sure how long it will last, but very pleased so far!!

    I've purchased generic cartridges before and had my printer reject them, so I was reluctant to buy these. But the price difference made the risk worth it. And it worked out! My printer accepts these cartridges no problem, and they work just as well as the brand name ones. I'm glad I gambled.
