I bought a new computer (w 8.1) and it supports my old printer, unused for many years. The big box stores wanted way too much for ink, but Comboink was just right. Miracle, the old printer lives again.

everything about the product is great

I use the product to copy internet information I search for and to make copies of some email information I have sent. I can't think of anything that is not so great about it.

I'm "old school" and hate to get rid of a printer just because it is old. It seems the cartridges that I need for my old printer cost more than a new printer in the stores. I can get by with just the black, so this replacement was perfect for my needs.

Cartridge arrived neatly packed with no leaks. So far print qulaity is very good, no streaking. Have only had it installed for 2 weeks, so we'll see how long it lasts. Hopefully longer than the last ink product I bought from another vendor.

Let's face it: when a remanufactured ink cartridge is ordered, it's a gamble on whether it will work or not. In this case, it worked. 100% perfect track record so far, but it's only my first cartridge.
