HP ENVY Photo 7855 Ink Cartridge Replacement Guide
- Make sure that the printer is turned on and load a stack of plain white paper in the paper tray.
- Open the printer's ink access door.
- Slightly press down the ink cartridge that needs to be replaced, then carefully remove it from the printer.

Hi, yes yes yes my order arrived in good order. I sent back some unused inks, to the home office address, because I had to get a new printer and the old inks do not work in the new printer. The new inks came so fast it was amazing ! I do not want nor expect any $$ or coupons or discounts for the old inks I sent back. I just felt I could not just throw them away some one some where can use them. Keep up the good work Combo Ink U R the best!
