HP LaserJet Pro 300 Color M351a Toner Replacement Guide

  1. Open the printer's top cover by pressing the release button.
  2. Carefully pull the toner cartridge that needs to be replaced out from the printer.
  3. Get your new CompAndSave HP M351a toner cartridge, gently shake the toner cartridge before removing the plastic protective tape. Open the cartridge over a sink or garbage can to avoid any messes in case of a powder leak as sometimes, factories tend to overfill toner cartridges. Avoid touching the bottom part of the toner, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color as well as the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  4. Carefully align and insert the HP LaserJet Pro 300 Color M351a cartridge into its slot until the toner is secured in place.
  5. Close the printer's top cover.

    I ordered these units with my model # of my printer. You sent me someone else's choice of cartridges not the ones I asked for. They don't fit my printer and your sales person told me you don't make my kind. Why did you send me any at all if you don't make one for my printer. Your sales person told me you would not take these back unless I jumped through hoops and then would lose more money because you charge a restocking fee. \ Your company took my order and disregarded the fact you don't even make a cartridge for my printer and just thru some cartridges into a box and tried to tell me I have to pay all charges. How about this?? You send me a return label and I will ship your cartridges back and you take all charges off and refund me completely.     Because I was shopping for the best deal, I wasn't Paying close attention when I bought my replacement inks & toner and was expecting to receive actual HP cartridges. Also, the installation was a little tricky as the instructions were a little vague but I figured it out and haven't had any problems or issues so far.
