I bought two black ink and one color cartridge for an obsolete printer. One black cart worked great, the other would not print. I could not use the color cart without the black working. I returned the non-working black cart and the unopened color cart for full credit. That's why I find this to be a reputable and honest company.

Priced fair. Works well. Have not used long enough to tell how much printing it will do. Shipping, USPS, was quite slow on my order so allow plenty of time if using USPS shipping.

The price was awesome but I haven't had a chance to test the amount of copies/performance. The shipping/time was great. If the service of the cartridges is as great as the price, shipping and the awesome customer service then I am a long time customer. Thank You.
