Lexmark X7300 Series Ink Cartridge Replacement Guide

  1. Turn on your printer.
  2. Wait for the printer cartridge carrier to stop moving before lifting the scanning unit.
  3. To remove the used cartridge, press down on the cartridge carrier lever.
  4. Get your new CompAndSave Lexmark X7300 cartridge. Open it over a sink or garbage can to avoid any mess in case it leaks, as sometimes, factories tend to overfill the ink cartridges. Make sure to touch the black plastic part only, then remove the covering tape that is usually bright in color along with the plastic protective case, if there is, before installing it.
  5. To raise the cartridge carrier lids, press down on the cartridge carrier levers.
  6. Insert the new Lexmark X7300 printer ink cartridge into their corresponding slots.
  7. Close the lids and the scanner unit, making sure to keep your hands out of the scanner unit.

    I replaced my OEM Lexmark cartridges (not at same time) with the ComboInk Lexmark 32/33 replacements. Printing is fine. The ink level for the 32/black shows correctly however the 33/color still shows empty. So I'll just have to wait for the color to print poorly before I change it. Wish they could get their act together so the 33/color shows the ink level correctly.

    The price was GREAT, and the black & white cartridges were good, but the color was very poor quality. It had only orange, green and brown tones. Virtually un-usable. I had to pay full-price at Staples for a color cartridge. Also, these cartridges don't activate the ink level indicator, so it always shows as empty.
