How to check for my order status?

Without login to your account:

  1. Click on the quick "Order Status" link on the footer to check for your order status.
  2. Click on the tab to check your order status by email address or shipping zip code.
  3. Enter your order ID and email address.
  4. Click on the "TRACK MY ORDER" button.

From your account dashboard

  1. Click on the "Orders" link on the "My Account" menu on the top right side of the header.
  2. Login to your account when prompted.
  3. Find your order, and check for your order status.
  4. If your order shows a status of "Shipped," you will be able to see the "Track Order" link on the right side of your order history box.
