    I was skeptical at first about the quality and problem free install. Some printers don't accept other than original eguipment. I was wrong to be skeptical. Well done.

    Got a new printer and had to get a different cartridge for the printer. Received order and had a problem of the cartridges not being recognized by the printer. Contacted customer support. They sent replacement cartridges and I returned the defective ones. New printer required a newer version of the cartridges.

    i own a video store and have to copy the covers of movies constantly,so i use a lot of color ink.These cartriges seem to last for quite a few copies
