    Product work very well, but my printer is recognizing the cartridge as non-HP. However, this has no effect on the performance of the product.

    I am a loan closer so I print document packages, 2 sets, of up to 400 copies at a time. There was some initial smearing and dirty copies but it cleared up. None of the compatibility problems discussed in the literature. I'm saving about $45 per cartridge from my former supplier.
